Terms of Use

Who runs 1Gambling

1gambling.net (“1Gambling”, “we”, “us”) is published and operated by Saffronlane New Media FZ-LLC, Building 4, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach the company at [email protected].

These terms apply to every page of the site, in English and in French. By browsing 1Gambling you accept them; if you do not, please stop using the site.

What the site is

1Gambling is a free information service for Canadian adults who want to compare online casinos, sportsbooks, poker rooms and bingo sites before they sign up. We publish reviews, bonus explanations, game guides, payment guides and province-by-province notes on the law. We are not a gambling operator: we do not take bets, hold player funds, run games or settle disputes between players and operators. Any account you open is an agreement between you and the operator, under the operator's terms.

Age and provincial rules

The site is meant for people of legal gambling age in their province: 19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Gambling law in Canada is set province by province, and what is offered legally in Ontario is not the same as what is offered in British Columbia or Nova Scotia. It is your responsibility to check that you are allowed to use a particular operator where you live. A brand appearing on 1Gambling does not mean it is licensed or available in your province.

Using our content

The text, lists, tables, illustrations and layout of 1Gambling belong to Saffronlane New Media FZ-LLC or are used under licence; photographs credited in the footer remain the work of their authors under the licences shown. You are welcome to read, print and link to our pages for your own non-commercial use. Copying whole articles, republishing our casino lists, or scraping the site with automated tools requires our written permission.

Casino, game studio and payment brand names and logos are the property of their owners. We use them only to identify the products we write about.

Affiliate links

Many buttons and links that lead to operators are affiliate links. If you register through one, the operator may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra and the bonus is the same. Our affiliate disclosure explains the arrangement in detail, and how we rate explains why a commission cannot buy a place in our lists.

Accuracy and liability

We check what we publish, but welcome offers, wagering requirements, withdrawal limits and licences change, sometimes overnight. Treat our figures as a guide and confirm them on the operator's own site before you deposit. Nothing on 1Gambling is financial, legal or tax advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Saffronlane New Media FZ-LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from decisions you make based on our content, from your dealings with any operator, or from errors, omissions or interruptions in the service. Our disclaimer sets out these limits more fully.

Operator and other external sites

Links to operators, regulators, help lines and image sources take you off 1Gambling. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or availability. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.

Your data

The site has no accounts, comment forms or newsletters. What little data is processed when you visit is described in our privacy policy.

Responsible gambling

Set a budget before you play and stop when it is spent. If gambling is causing you problems, ConnexOntario offers free, confidential help 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600, and our responsible gambling page lists tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or the rules around it change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest check. Continuing to use 1Gambling after an update means you accept the revised terms.
